This Subreddit is a great source of information for those living with MTHFR and other genetic mutations. Users share their experience and helpful insights. However, be cautious to follow any recommendations blindly. You will get many different viewpoints and it is best to do thorough research before proceeding with any health protocols.

Genetic Lifehacks offers practical information on genetics and health topics. You can upload your raw data files here for genetic reports, although some require a paid subscription.

Dr. Lynch focuses on epigenetics, ” the science of understanding how your genes are expressed and how you can use diet, supplements, environment, and lifestyle to shape your genetic destiny.” His book Dirty Genes  is renowned for teaching how your genes and environment impact your health.

Dr. Stephen Cabral

Dr. Cabral offers information including testing, supplements  and even offers courses/ certifications. He has a daily podcast and a book called The Rain Barrel Effect which are both very informative. 

Dr. Amy Yasko

Dr. Amy focuses on natural approaches to address complex health issues.  She developed the Yasko Protocol as a science based guide to health and wellness. 

Chris Masterjohn PhD

Chris has a PhD in Nutritional Sciences and offers useful content on genetics, nutrition and health.  His YouTube videos are helpful resources and he also offers consultations.
